A windy warm Friday on the last day of our water year in the valley.
May you find the fortune at the end of your rainbow this weekend.

Louwrens Bezuidenhout, thank you for a magnificent photo!

Gamtoos Water
This is the stilling chamber at Kouga dam. The purpose of this structure is to slow down fast-moving water and to reduce turbulance. Currently we are releasing 2900 liters per second into the system to ensure that all water users receive their quota. Water levels are amended three times a day to make sure that our water resource is managed effectively. Hierdie is die stilbekken by Kougadam.
