UPDATE ON FLOOD IN GAMTOOS VALLEIThe level of Kouga dam stayed the same since midday. The most important variable is the magnitude of the water in the system at this moment in time. We do not know what to expect. It will depend on the following:* If the level of the water increase from the Karoo.* Whether there is a substantial increase in volume from the catchment.(We cannot read Stuurmanskraal.
